Sub: Annual Rate Contract for supply of SIEMENS Motors
We thank you for giving us an opportunity to quote you our offer for Annul Rate
Contract for above mentioned products. We confirm that we are Authorised Dealers
for the above mentioned products.
We give below our most competitive terms
and conditions for your consideration and acceptance:
1. Proposed Period
of Rate Contract: One year from the date of acceptance
2. Prices: We have
the current Price List for full range of mentioned products.
3. Discount:
37.5% on the mentioned Product Price List.
4. Excise Duty: Excise Duty
as applicable is mentioned in the Price List. However, in case of any additional
levies the same would be brought to your attention as intimated by the company
and the pro-rata additional levie would be claimed from your.
5. Sale
Tax: For Madhya Pradesh tax 8% commercial tax 15% surcharges on commercial tax
for out of Madhya Pradesh 4% CST + 10 CST
7. Delivery: We carry adequate
stock of full range of products. Hence we will normally execute your requirement
from our stocks. However, for non-stock items our delivery would be 3 to 4 weeks.
8. Packing & Forwarding: Packing and forwarding charges if any would be
extra at actual and would be claimed in our Sales Invoice to you. not more than
2% for order more than 12000/-
9. Freight: Our offer is based on free
delivery to your various Departments, transporters godown at Bhopal/Indore. The
cost of further transportation of the goods as per your order to your requirement
destination would be to your account and Freight "to pay: basis.
10. Insurance:
Our responsibility ceases once goods are delivered as per your instruction to
our approved transporter/agent and we therefore request you to kindly arrange
for necessary insurance cover for damages and other losses.
11. Change
of Price: In case of any change of prices by our Principals i.e. the company we
will immediately inform you and submit a mail a copy of the revised Price List
and will obtain Rate Revision Acceptance from you. However, for Orders already
placed prior to Price Revision, we shall keep the price indicated in the Order
as firm and supply the items as per the ordered rates.
12. Payment: As
per agreement.
13. Overdue Interest: In case of delay in realisation of
payment, we would claim Overdue Interest at the rate of 18% per annum.
14.
Validity: This offer is valid for acceptance for one month from this date. The
above discounts are proposed discounts. The same would vary according to Annual
Volume, Purchase Commitment and Payment Agreement.
Rate Contract Proposal
is valid only after our acceptance. We hope you will find our offer competitive
and acceptable and would be happily to clarify any of your queries which would
enable you confirm your acceptance.
